In our body shop, we strive to achieve the utmost perfect visual experience in the appearance of cars. Among our experienced painters, we have colleagues who have been with our company for over 15 years. Depending on the type of car, the processes of priming, preparation, and sanding can take several months. The project car is transferred from the bodywork department to the painting department through a handover procedure. Here, the painters and bodywork colleagues inspect the car together to ensure it meets the quality standards. From this point on, one or two individuals undertake the months-long preparation and application of the prescribed coating layers. Although this is the most visually striking aspect, the color application is just the icing on the cake in the complex process of automotive painting. After the application of the prescribed protective clear coat, the vehicle takes on its final form, which is further enhanced through polishing and addressing any potential flaws. Subsequently, the body is transported to the assembly plant.
In most cases, cars are painted in their original factory colors, but we can also accommodate unique customer preferences. For each car, we document the materials used as well as the names of the colleagues involved in the project and their working hours, ensuring traceability and consistently high quality. The original factory colors are achieved by working with modern, environmentally friendly water-based paints that have minimal impact on the surroundings. The resulting bodywork provides an aesthetic and durable shine to fulfill the vision of your dream car.

The restoration of classic car engines requires special knowledge and experience. In most cases, these vehicles do not have access to modern diagnostic equipment, so we rely solely on our own practice and expertise. We disassemble every engine down to the last screw and inspect it to determine what needs to be repaired. Whenever possible, we replace the old parts with factory-new components or refurbish the existing ones. In the machine workshop, we perform necessary machining and honing operations. During the reassembly process, we replace all gaskets, hoses, and wires, and address any known factory defects specific to each engine model. We clean and subject all corroded parts to surface treatments such as galvanizing. Every engine undergoes testing on a dynamometer after restoration, and we only reinstall them in the vehicle once they pass this test. Our goal is to reintroduce the highest quality power sources into the restored bodies. However, it is essential to note that these engines, which are over 50 years old, require special care and attention. They cannot be treated and used in the same way as modern-day vehicles.

The bodywork workshop is the most exciting and unpredictable stage of the restoration process. Even among the same models, no two cars appear equally “aged” after 50 years. Each vehicle has its own story, revealing traces of climate effects, previous accidents, repairs, and renovations. Our experienced colleagues face the reality and true challenges after completely dismantling the specific project. Depending on the condition, restoring a bodywork can take hundreds or even thousands of work hours. Throughout this process, every component is either replaced or repaired, reference points are captured through laser measurements, and the alignment of gaps between elements is adjusted. The body is fitted with additional components such as headlamp covers, doors, bumpers, and larger decorative trims for a test fitting. The car can only proceed to the painting workshop after receiving approval from the quality inspector and a painter colleague during the handover process.
For older or unique models where bodywork components are no longer available for purchase, we fabricate the parts ourselves. Over the years, we have gathered the necessary templates, documentation, and specialized tools to enable our excellent craftsmen to create the missing elements from flat sheets of metal. This process requires patience, perseverance, and dedication, elevating the custom fabrication to an almost artistic level.

The refurbishment of various components outside of the engine is carried out in the general repair workshop. These parts include the transmission, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other auxiliary devices. We disassemble, clean, repair, and replace each unit as necessary. In terms of the vehicle’s fuel supply and brake systems, we aim to use new components whenever possible. The safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us. We strive to ensure that each unit represents the highest quality both mechanically and aesthetically.

The shiny, mirrored chrome components are the jewels of classic cars. Over time, these components almost invariably get damaged, discolored, and rusted – they definitely require restoration. The restoration process is complex and requires many hours of skilled craftsmanship. In the first step, we remove the old coating from the surface of the component in an acid bath. Following this, we repair any damages, deficiencies, or flaws on the workpiece’s surface in the metalworking workshop. If necessary, we fill the surface of the component with brass to smooth out any surface defects or irregularities, and then we hand-polish it. We may repeat this process multiple times, if needed, until a uniform, homogeneous surface is achieved. Only after completing these steps can the workpieces be sent to the automatic chrome plating line. Here, through a several-hour-long process, we degrease, rinse, activate, and passivate the parts before applying the copper-nickel-chrome layering. Each piece is checked to ensure it is flawless.
Another process we specialize in is zinc coating, traditionally known as galvanizing. Here, we can coat screws, fasteners, and other components for corrosion protection. The zinc coating can also be colored during the passivation process.
After hours of meticulous attention, the bumpers, mirrors, handles, buttons, moldings, and other components can shine once again in their former glory.

Over the years, the procurement of unavailable parts has been a continuous challenge. In response, our company has gradually built up the technical and professional infrastructure necessary for manufacturing these parts. Today, we can proudly say that we are capable of producing almost any missing component, given the availability of technical drawings or an original sample of the particular part. With the help of our 3D laser scanner, we can model the majority of components, and our state-of-the-art CNC machining facility allows us to manufacture them. Currently, we produce dozens of parts ourselves that are no longer available on the market, and this number continues to increase. Whether it’s aluminum, other metals, or plastic components, machining is not a problem. If needed, we can also perform surface treatment on the manufactured parts in our own facility.

The upholstery workshop is where a significant portion of the car’s interior is made. This includes the replacement and restoration of seats, carpets, headliners, door panels, just as the leather wrapping of the dashboard or the restoration of sun visors. For convertible cars, the refurbishment of fabric convertible tops is also carried out here, in collaboration with the metalworking and assembly colleagues.
Our team members have years of theoretical and practical experience in restoring vehicles. Our company is equipped with the necessary machinery and equipment to create impeccable car interiors, whether it’s sewing machines or specialized devices for thinning leather. We source the required materials from the best suppliers, and we make every effort to ensure that the car comes as close as possible to its original factory condition. In terms of colors and materials, we offer the full factory palette that was originally available, according to the preferences of our clients.

Although classic cars have simpler electronic systems compared to modern vehicles, refurbishing these old units still requires significant expertise. Over the decades, the wiring, switches, relays, and other components are likely to deteriorate. During the restoration process, we replace the entire electrical wiring system of the car, while switches and peripheral motors (such as window lift motors or heater motors) are disassembled, refurbished, and tested before they are sent to the assembly department. Completely refurbishing the electrical system is critical from a safety standpoint as a short circuit or spark can easily cause a fire. In this workshop section, we also undertake the restoration of instrument cluster units, such as the odometer, tachometer, oil pressure gauge, coolant temperature gauge, and more. For models where factory wiring harnesses are no longer available, we manufacture the necessary system ourselves.
